GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

1. PRODUCTS AND COMPLIANCE

The products offered comply with current French legislation. Each item is accompanied by a description. The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors (depending on screen display).

2. ORDER AND PAYMENT

  • Validation: The order is confirmed upon payment validation.

  • Payment : Payment is made by Credit Card (via secure system), PayPal, or Alma (split payment).

  • Retention of title: The products remain the property of Eudoxie until full payment of the price.

3. PRE-ORDERS

  • Definition Pre-ordering allows the Customer to purchase a product that is not yet in stock, but is currently being manufactured or procured. These products are clearly identified by the word "Pre-order" on their product page.
  • Payment Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the total order amount (including delivery charges) is cashed immediately at the time of order confirmation by the Customer. This payment guarantees priority reservation of the product as soon as it is released.
  • Delivery times The pre-ordered product is delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing their order. The estimated shipping time is indicated on the product page at the time of purchase (e.g., «"Shipping scheduled to begin on May 15th"»).

  • Production delays: These delivery times are indicative only and depend on our suppliers or manufacturing facilities. In the event of a significant delay, Pigeon & Goldy undertakes to inform the Client by email as soon as possible.

  • Mixed orders: If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together as soon as the pre-order items become available. If the customer wishes to receive the immediately available items first, they must place two separate orders.

  • Right of withdrawal and cancellation The Customer has a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the date of physical receipt of the product. Cancellation of a pre-order before shipment is possible upon request to customer service at lady@eudoxie.fr. The refund will then be processed within 14 days.

4. DELIVERY

  • Time limit : Shipping within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends). Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers (Mondial Relay, FedEx, UPS).

  • Responsibility : Eudoxie is responsible for delivery. In the event of a damaged package, the customer must file a claim with the carrier within 3 days.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code:

  • Deadline : 14 calendar days from receipt to change your mind.

  • State : Items must be returned new, with tags, in their original packaging.

  • Return address: EUDOXIE, 245 avenue de Pedebert, 40150 Soorts-Hossegor.

  • Refund : Completed within 14 days of receiving the return.

  • Return form: RETURN-FORM-Eudoxie

6. LEGAL GUARANTEES

All our products benefit from:

  1. The legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

  2. Regarding the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a defective product, Eudoxie undertakes to exchange or refund the product, including return shipping costs.

7. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Eudoxie is committed to protecting your data. This data is used solely for order management and sending newsletters (if you have given your consent).

  • Rights: You can request access to, modification or deletion of your data at any time via lady@eudoxie.fr.

  • Cookies: This site uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and to measure audience.

8. MEDIATION AND DISPUTES

In case of a dispute, the customer must first contact customer service at lady@eudoxie.fr. If no solution is found, the customer can contact the consumer mediator free of charge:

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire site (logo, photos, texts, design) is the exclusive property of Pigeon & Goldy. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
